My last post began the same way.... I'd say we are blessed to have this beautiful weather still with us!
A BIG THANK YOU
to all of those who attended and helped to make our field trip a success!
The extra hands make the whole day go just a little bit smoother! ;-)
Is this time of year scary? Maybe for some! But we have the light of Jesus shining in our hearts... and in the heart of those pumpkins you are carving, right? Jesus is the light of the world and what a perfect time of year to be reminded of this truth! Our world can be a dark place, but Jesus makes it bright and new, every morning!! Carve a happy pumpkin this year, with a shining light inside, because we have much to be happy about! I can't wait to carve our pumpkin with the kids, next week!
A couple friendly reminders:
- Pictures are due back Friday!
- The Ecology Fair is on Saturday. Our worm farm will be there.... hopefully they will want to come out and play!! :D
- Dress up days are October 29th and 30th! Please make sure your child has comfortable clothes for the remainder of the day. We will use our costumes in the morning. They can come in costume!
- Our Fall chapel monies will be going towards the Adopt-A-Family program from Love Inc. IHA will select a family in need and purchase Christmas gifts for the family.
October is flying by... so lets take a moment to reflect!
