It's Beginning To Feel A Lot Like Christmas!

Greetings! As I type this post, I can see snowflakes gently falling... a beautiful beginning to our break! I just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! Enjoy your time together over the next couple of weeks. I will be delighted to hear all about the memories made this Christmas!

A Sequencing Activity: If You Give A Mouse A Cookie

This is part of our Advent Countdown. The star student got to reveal the ornament that was in the bag for each day.

Placing the ornament on our Christmas Tree. Each ornament represented something related to Christmas.

Counting our chips!

Gingerbread Bingo!

We had to roll the dice and count a "total" by putting the dots "all together".

Another countdown!

Our daily sign-in book. The kids sign in each day by practicing their name!

Advent Blessings!

Run, run, as fast as you can,
You can't catch me,
I'm the Gingerbread Man!!

Who feels like they've been running as fast as the Gingerbread Man?!
Sometimes it's hard to catch your breath in the midst of the season!!
Don't forget to take time for what's important....

And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth... Luke 1:14

Today our hunt for the Gingerbread Man ended right back in the classroom. The rhyming notes he left, gave us clues of where to look! We were downstairs, and upstairs, at church, and back!!

If you give a mouse a cookie.....
He'll want a glass of milk to go with it!
Our cookie jar is filled with cookies too.... well it was!!

Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?
_________ stole the cookie from the cookie jar!
Who me?
Yes, you!
Couldn't be.
Than Who?
 ___________
